In Tamil Nadu, Interior design service inclusive of supply of materials what type of tax rates applicable?

in case of invoicing not splitting service and material cost separately and not charging VAT on applicable material (supplies) cost and ST on Service component, WCT would become applicable. Pl. check the rate per State legislation to this effect.
