03 June 2010 sir, please solve my problem

when interim dividend is paid & subsequently in NEXT AGM , WHETHER SH. HOLDER CAN DISALLOWED THEM & WHAT CONSEQUENCES IF DIS ALLOWED?

IF SH. HOLDER CAN NOT DISALLOWE, THAN HOW ONE CAN SAY THAT WITHOUT SH. HOLDER 'S PREMISSION DIVIDEND CAN NOT BE DECLARED ?

04 June 2010 Dear friend,

Shareholders approval is not required to declare interim dividend. Declaration of interim dividend is entirely a decision of board.

Final dividend is recommend by board and approved by shareholders in the AGM.
