Whether interest us 234a is payable after the extension of the return filling date for the AY 2007-08.
13 January 2008
if the due date is extended , the new date is due date.......interest to be caluclated from new date
14 January 2008
Int will be calculated from the new date
15 January 2008
But please keep in mind that 29th Feb 2009 is not extended due date.
