Sir one of client has to file his return for the asst. year 2007-08, in response the notice u/s 148, will the interest u/s 234A/B/C applicable or not on the tax payable

Yes. Sec.234A will apply since the return filed belated and sec.234B & C only apply incase you are not paid the tax also on or before due date
