i work in a company.i didnot deposit october month service tax plz suggest me how much interest i will deposit and what is the last date of monthly submmiting service tax

03 February 2011 If the assessee is a company they need to remit Service Tax 5th of every month/6th if it's through online.Any delay beyond this date you need pay Interest @ 13% per annum i.e for october 2010 the due date will be 5/6th of November so you need to interest from 5th November to till the date of payment.
