01 April 2017 What are the penalties or Interest attracted if income tax return are filled in incorrect ITR.

01 April 2017 If you have wrongly uploaded your Income tax return then no need to worry ,you can still correct your return . As per CPC guidelines if you have wrongly uploaded your return then you can revise it

01 April 2017 Thanks for the reply. But the mistake has been done while filling the Return for A.Y 2015-16 on 31st March , 2017. And now they are time barred . So will it attract Any interest or Penalties ?
