Interest on loan and tds on interest working

Party which he taken 20,00,000 loan at 12% on 7.3.2016 so i need working of interest & TDS for conformation

_int 240000(2000000*12%)
tds 24000(240000*10%)
18 May 2017
but the previous accountant Pass JV of 15781 as interest And 10% tds Rs 1578
Working (2000000*12% = 240000 , then 240000/365 = 657.53 then 657.53*24 = 15780.82 )
is it right or wrong
