Can any one suggest me about taxation of IDFC Bonds purchased in 2012. The interest is taxable or not?

IDFC has tax free and tax saver bonds, please check the scheme, incase tax free or tax saver then interest is exempted

Investment in idfc bond is eligible for deduction u/s 80ccf. but interest on the bond is taxable.
