Dear Expert,
Where can i claim interst on housing loan which is taken from a bank.. can show it as a loss from house property or claim under the section new section 80EE and property value also less than 40lakhs..

sir , u can claim the intt on housing loan up to 1.5 lac for self occupied property under sec 24 . and if the condition u/s 80 EE are fulfilled , u can claim additional rs 1 lac intt under sec 80 EE in addition to intt u/s 24

you can claim the intt upto rs. 150000/- under self occupied house. and it show as negative income and u/s 80EE apply if you complete the condition of this section.
