17 July 2013 Interest received on wife ' s f.d. and also t.d.s. to be cut on interest. And there is no other income of wife so such interest income can be club in husband 's income and claim for t.d.s. refund on husband 's return

17 July 2013 Husband will not be able to clasim TDS since TDS must have been deposited under wife's PAN. So it will be best if wife files the income tax return and claims the refund of TDS.
