22 September 2013 I have deposited DVAT Rs. 9767/- for the month of June,13 on 23, July i.e. after due date(21 of next month) without any interest and filed the return. Do I need to deposit the interest for delay in payment of tax for 2 days and if I pay now this interest how much interest is payable???? whether it is required to pay interest on interest bcoz I have not deposited interest with the amount of tax.

my second question is, if there is no debit note of credit note then do I required to submit Annexure 2C and 2D????

22 September 2013 I think the last date for payment of tax and filing of return in Delhi is 28th of every month. So,you are not late and no problem. Once the system accepts your return don't worry.For the second part not required

22 September 2013 i think there is amendment in DVAT Act so now due date is 21st of every month.....what is the rate of interest????? please reply......its urgent??????
