I found that interest had been overcharged by Bank .but Bank doesnt agree how to check that the rate of interest is correct or not...

01. of late, some banks have started giving interest on current account.

Ues it is a loan account. in statement rate of interest is different but excess interest is charged.

if at branch level, the officers are not entertaining your complaint, escalate the sme to region, then to zone then to Head Office.
