interest amount not entered in ST-3 form while filing

I have successfully filed ST-3 form through ACES(Service Tax) but forgot to enter interest paid as penalty on "Paid Services" sheet of return(ST-3). Now how would I rectify my mistake? By filing Revised Return or other option available.... pls help...
