22 February 2015 I am giving two examples-

A Ltd. having two sections
(1) Trading (2) Manufacturing

Any transaction between two sections is intra-company transaction.

There are two companies:
A Ltd. and B Ltd.

Any transaction between A Ltd. and B Ltd. is inter-company transaction.
