I am in Gujarat and I want to supply Goods to Kolkata ( W.B. ) Party and He want to supply direct to Sikkim in that Case e-1 Sales is Possible and How to Prepare Invoice and L R and who will Issue Road Permit

15 September 2013 You can supply the by raising an invoice to the Kolkatta dealer,and mention in the LR that the consignee is Sikkim party. The Kolkatta dealer has to introduce his invoice on the way. C forms have to come from Sikkim to Kolkatta and from Kolkatta to you.You have to issue an E1 form after the transaction is done.....mjk
