13 February 2019 Dear Sir,

1. IF TWO COMPANIES DOES NOT HAVE ANY INVESTMENT IN EACH OTHER SHARE CAPITAL

2. BUT BOTH COMPANIES HAVE COMMON MANGAING DIRECTORS

ARE THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN THE TWO COMPANIES INTER COMPANY TRANSACTIONS ??

14 February 2019 do they have "control" over each other?
section 2(27) of the Companies Act 2013 states that "control" shall include the right to appoint to majority of directors or the right to control management or the right to control policy decisions.
If that be the case, then answer is YES
