25 October 2013 Sir,
if any asses see liable to pay int u/s 234 b ,c but while actual payment he paid only tax amount not the int.
So my question is if this int amount is increased or remains same??

25 October 2013 you need to caluculate 234a,b,c again if any tax is payable pay the tax and file your return

25 October 2013 As Ganesh babu suggested, such a return is treated as defective.

So the AO will intimate you regarding considering the said return as defective. You shall have 15 days to pay up the remaining liability for the return to be considered valid.

With regards to your computation of change in the interest liability, it needs to be computed till the date of return filing.

As a conservative approach, prefer to pay up interest immediately.
