My wife has paid my LIC premium. Can I claim this premium in my IT Return ?
Can my wife claim the said premium in her IT Return if I dont claim in my IT Return ?
If LIC policy is in the name of husband and wife is paying premium or vice-versa who can claim the LIC premium in IT Return.

Any one can claim , Husband & Wife If both are Tax payer they can claim Respective there premium Individually,
