20 November 2016 I have issued a cheque to insurance company for premium 5 months back but they didn't represent it in the bank. i mailed them but there was no response from their side. now I need to claim it and when I got in touch with them regarding same they informed me that policy isn't issued to me. I wasn't updated earlier that insurance hasn't been issued to me. what shall I do now?

20 November 2016 Since cheque issued 5 months back, More than 3 month cheque they can not deposit.so you have to issue fresh cheque
