I submitted my Registration form at my home town branch on 03/09/2014. But till date I don't get Registration Letter! How much time it will take? Can I get this online?

not online..gotta contact the ICAI office. But you can make an enquiry at e-sahaayataa at https://www.icai.org/help/

Generally it takes time but for confirmation contact at your regional head office and ask the same by telling your registration no. there.
