If I purchased any material used for works contract from a registered dealer (MP)by paying Input VAT @20 per CuM. Should I pay/deposit once again Input VAT @20 per CuM while filing return.

if your but goods with in state then no requirement to pay tax again.

I've consumed the purchased material within MP. In my opinion it should be treated as 'Tax paid Purchase'. Would you please advise ?
