I am builder and pay service tax on 25% of gross receipt after abatement of 75%.
Can i take service tax input caredit to pay such service tax liability? Thus credit of input is possible?

CENVAT of input services & capital goods is allowed.....No CENVAT of inputs can be availed as per S.no. 12 of N/N 26/2012
