Can we sell the input service tax to any other entity who has no input service tax?

What...? U r asking to sale tax?? Does u have any control on Tax? It is the money of government n u have only the right to collect and pay it to government.
U can claim it as Cenvat on ur Output Service Tax Payable by u.
