19 February 2014 whether we can avail cenvat credit of service tax of input credit.

21 February 2014 though your question is not that clear but according to what i got..
rule is:
service tax on input credit allowed to pay output liability only upon the receipt of input invoice. it cannot be taken on provisional basis..
