21 December 2013 Hi, Our client is in the business of maintaining mobile towers. He is spending monthly electricity exp ,Diesel for DG(Generator ), Telephone exp ,maintenance exp. He is getting reimbursement from tower company after adding his margin plus Servicetax . Shall we claim input Servicetax on electricity ,diesel ,telephone ,maintenance against service tax output on reimbursement income ?
