We are manufacturing company and paying Service tax on Insurance charges of vehicle (which is used by director & other staff for home to office) can we take credit of the same

it depends on what type of services you are provided
we are a mining job work provider and we are getting inputs only for the mining vehicles dear... not others which are used to carry staff
