I have purchase truck vehicle for Factory transportation work. Input GST credit can be availe. Please advise.

Yes, You van can avail the CGST Act 2017 Sec. 17(5) (a) doesn't block the credit of motar vehicles and other conveyances when they are used for transportation of goods.
