13 March 2013 can input credit of service tax can be taken on invoices issued by manufacturers ?
can manufacturer issue the service bill?

14 March 2013 Yes, a manufacturer can be a service provider for an output service and can issue his bill for output service too. If that service is an input service for you, you can take cenvat credit on their bill.
