can we avail credit on purchase of artifical flower bouquet.

It's not specifically denied. ITC can only be available if it is used for furtherance of business.

It is under exclusion clause. Flower bouquet is meant only for giving as gifts to someone and gift are under exclusion clause 17(5)(h) of CGST Act 2017. ITC on these flower bouquet is not admissible.
