Sirs, I have purchased Goods from outside state(Bangalore) of Tamilnadu from the unregistered dealer but paid CST Locally for the same. Can I adjust CST Paid against the sale of goods outside the state.(Bangalore)

No you can not adjust the CST paid on purchases on output CST

One can not understand how paying CST locally on purchases from outside the state unregistered dealers. Please clarify your statement.Secondly,CST paid on purchases can not be adjusted against CST output....mjk

Yes I agree with the expert MJK. I have failed to understand how the CST can be paid locally
