Dear Sir,
He can join CPT as the student. There will be option of online exams and written exams. He may opt for the classes or study on his own. ICAI material is good. He should buy reference books. Also he can register before 90 days in order to appear for June 2009 or December 2009 accordingly. Good Luck.
