i am an article student of ca ,i want to take trnsfer from my existing office before cpmletion of one yr of articlship so i wnt to know whether ican take tranfer within 60km or not......

You only submit Form-109 signed by your principal and submit with Institute.
No further requirement, there after you can join with other CA to do article ship.
