i want to know than can i get information about the return filed for previous years through income tax departments web site, if yes so how. pls resolve my qwery.

26 January 2009 If you have filed e return then only it willbe available in the website.

Step 1 : log in to incometaxindia.gov.in

Step 2 : Go to efile income tax return

Step 3 : Login with your id and password

Step 4 : Go to my account

Setp 5 : Go to my returns

Step 6 : Give Assessement year and submit

You will get the details.
