Information about completion of intership

28 June 2014 I wanted to know which form should be filled up when one's intership end. Is it necessary to fill 108(It is just have to be given to principle or submitted in institute too) requesting principle to give service completion form (119). We cant get it directly from the principle ( And i will submit 119 in institute). Please help. Please help.

28 June 2014 1. as such the day you complete articleship (without or with extension) you and your principal should execute Form 108 and submit a copy of the same to ICAI

2. If the principal refuses to sign form 108, then you can fill form 119 and send a copy of the same to ICAI and another copy to the principal. if the principal doesnt sign Form 108 within 15 days, it is assumed that Form 108 has been signed that form 119 is considered as the substitute for 108 in ICAI records.
