Is it possible to do industrial training in Big 4? If yes then what all procedures are there for that?

yes it is...but i believe KPMG doesn't take in Industrial trainees. EY does. procedure is same. apply online or submit your CV through any known Big4 employee...there is normal multiple level interviews and tests before acceptance.
