04 December 2008 i am willing to go for industrial training but my principal is not giving me the termination and he is saying we are bound to do the articleship for 3 years under him.Can i approach ICAI in this regard? Is there any any restriction that i can go for industrial traing only if the principal allows. Is it sufficient if i give 3 months notice?
