I have applied for ca induatrial training in a company in delhi now this company is asking for sponsorship letter issued by icai. Ca anybody answer whats the procedure for this and purpose of such letter.

No. ICAI does NOT interfere in such matters. There could be an indirect way to handle this situation. If you happen to know some senior (CA or non CA) who can convince your principal on an informal way. You can try that.

Sir my principal has given me tranfer on 6 march 2019 but my 2 nd year is competing o 25 th march now i have been selwcted in a company . Can i join that company from 26th march 2019 i.e from my 3rd year of articleship and serve the extension period of 20 days ( from 6th march2019 to 25 march 2019) after my industrial.

Sir after completing my industrial from 26 march 2019 to 26 march 2020. After that is it not possible to serve extension period under a practicing ca. Further sir is it mandatory to submit bot form 109 & form 104 together??

Further sir what is the time limit for submission of form109 icai have not specified any such thing in that form as in case of form 104 or fprm 103. Sir is it mandatory to submig form 104 & form 109 at the same time ??

No time limit as such. It is in your interest to submit as soon as possible. (Because the delay in submission will delay the termination process)

First & foremost, you need to submit Form 119 to your principal (employer). Form 119 is a Requisition Form for issue of service certificate. Based on this, your employer will give you Form 108 which is a Certificate of Services under Articles. You need to send Form 108 signed by your employer to the institute / council within 30 days of completion of your articles. If you send after 30 days then you need to pay Rs. 100 as late fees. Delay beyond 30 days upto 180 days requires payment of Rs. 300 as late fees. Late submission fees slabs are mentioned on Form 108. Download form 119 from ICAI. Form 108 you should get from council or offices of ICAI. In short send original signed form 108 (signed by employer), acknowledged copy of form 119 & a covering letter to ICAI within 30 days of completion of articles. sir institute is saying that company cannot terminate training by itself. further sir if we have taken excess leaves during our industrial training how shall we compensate the same

You can give the ICAI letter to your Industrial Trainer and tell it that industrial training can not be terminated. After the training is over, send the articleship completion form to ICAI and let ICAI calculate the excess leave. ICAI will send you a letter and accordingly you have to complete the excess leave articleship

We have to do as directed in the letter from ICAI. (Normally it gives permission to undergo excess leave period training with practising CA)
