19 March 2015 If i want to take a transfer for industrial training, can my employer object to the same?. During the first year of articleship, transfers are allowed, no questions asked. Is it the same in case of Industrial Training?

2. yes in first year of articlehsip transfer is allowed provided that ur ca allows u

3. for industrial training is allowed only in last year of articleship

2. transfer in first year allowed. but prior permission must b there from principal and icai
