10 September 2014 I have joined my Articleship Training on October 3, 2012. I would like to undergo Industrial Training. What are the formalities that I have to do? Can I do that under Current Firm or do I have to join another Firm?
Kindly explain to me all the details regarding Industrial Training.

18 September 2014 1. it has to be done in a company and not in a CA firm

2. you will be eligible to go for industrial training on or after 3 October 2014.

3. Minimum period for industrial training is 9 months...maximum 12 months

4. you need to execute form 109 with current principal and then Form 104 with the company.

18 September 2014 yes you will have to terminate. and you can join only those companies which are approved by ICAI
