03 August 2014 Hi.. My two years of articleship are due to be completed in a month from now. I am looking for an industrial training for the last year.
I need to know what remedies will be available to me if I take transfer from my current firm but not able to find any Industrial Training vacancies?
Can I move to some other firm? Or will I have to rejoin my old firm only?

03 August 2014 to take transfer for industrial training, you would need a confirmed offer letter from the company in which you wish to undergo industrial training. So before signing form 109 with the current principal ensure that you get a confirmed offer from the company.

in case you are unable to undergo industrial training, I don't think ICAI will approve of your transfer to any other CA
