01 August 2024 If you wish to pursue industrial training under a company that meets ICAI's criteria but is not listed as an approved organization, here’s what you can do:

### **Steps to Take:**

1. **Verify Eligibility:**
- Ensure that Narulas fulfills all the requirements set by ICAI for industrial training. This includes the size of the company, turnover, and the nature of work that aligns with the training objectives.

2. **Submit a Request for Approval:**
- **Form 106:** Although the company is not listed, you can apply for industrial training by submitting Form 106 to ICAI. Include details about the company and the training program.
- **Request for Approval:** In your application, you can include a letter explaining why you believe Narulas should be considered, detailing its compliance with ICAI’s requirements.

3. **Documentation Required:**
- **Cover Letter:** Write a cover letter addressed to ICAI requesting them to approve Narulas as a training provider. Include details of the company and your appointment.
- **Appointment Letter:** Attach a copy of the appointment letter from Narulas.
- **Supporting Documents:** Include any additional documents that demonstrate Narulas’ compliance with ICAI’s criteria.

4. **Follow Up with ICAI:**
- After submission, follow up with ICAI to ensure your application is being processed. Contact the regional ICAI office or local chapter for updates and any additional requirements.

5. **Consult ICAI:**
- It might be helpful to consult with ICAI directly for guidance on how to proceed if the company is not listed. They may provide specific instructions or consider adding the company to the list if it meets all criteria.

### **Additional Considerations:**

- **Pre-Approval:** If possible, get confirmation from ICAI before starting your training to ensure that the training period will be recognized.
- **Documentation:** Keep copies of all communications and submissions for your records.

By following these steps, you can initiate the process of getting Narulas approved for industrial training and ensure that your training period will be recognized by ICAI.
