I got selection for Industrial Training. i had just submitted Form 109. Can i join for Industrial Training before receive Termination Letter from the Institute? My final year of articleship will end on 05.09.2014. Please give me a reply.Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can join Industrial Training before getting approval.
Generally, prior approval for taking transfer is mandatory. But you can take joining in Industrial Training without waiting approval.

Is Form 108 (Service Certificate) necessary to file in case of termination? I had submitted only form 109.

No need to submission of Form-108 at the time of transfer.

No, there is no facility for Industrial Training. You will physically submit the documents.
