Greetings for the day,
I am currently pursuing articleship 2nd year and i wanted to go for industrial training
but my partner have not allowing me
i have given notice to my partner but not my principle as he was an employee in our firm
Please let me know the rules of icai regarding this and procedure for industrial training case

In second year u can take transfer only if your principal agrees.
