Is there any norms that has to be fulfilled for appointing an industrial trainee in a company on the following issues:
a) Salary
b) Other monetary benefits
c) Non monetary benefits
d) Whether they are eligible for bonus, PF
and ESI contributions too

Industrial trainees usually get stipend, not salary. Other benefits are as per will of the Company. No body stops them from paying you more than necessary.
