I am doing my industrial training.Now my principal is leaving the company in this case who will sign my examination form.

09 June 2014 The other person who will hold the post will b treated as ur principal n he will do all the formalities. But do 1 thing that, present the resignation letter of ur principal who is leaving now.

Sir in case the other person who joins in his place is a non ca then will he be eligible to sign my form?

09 June 2014 In that case u must inquire from ICAI.

09 June 2014 Coz, they will give u a perfect answer, and at last u have to deposit ur form at ICAI only. So better not to wait n rush to the ICAI office, to quench ur query.
