08 July 2009 I have minimum salary i want to fill the income tax return which form i have to utilse and how i can fill the return. HOw i fill by electronic return please tell in detail

08 July 2009 If you don't have any other income other than business income then use ITR 1 otherwise you have to use ITR 2. Download excel software from income tax site i.e. www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. Then fill up the form, Read instruction and create xml file and the same upload after creating Login ID on the same site. i hope i make it clear to you.
