03 October 2017 Hi,

My question is I am an Individual and filed ITR one I am showing in Personal use Asests car, computer and Mobile. 1.Can i claim depreciation given assets??

2. And above mentioned assets not in my hand . so how to remove/close our balance sheet data and what impact in my ITR 1.same assets.???

03 October 2017 ITR 1 is For Individuals having Income from Salaries, one house property, other sources (Interest etc.) and having total income upto Rs.50 lakh. You cannot claim depreciation if you are not doing any business

03 October 2017 As Raja ji said since ITR 1 is not applicable , no question arises

04 October 2017 Dear Pooja please first of all tell your source of income for which you had filed ITR1. Secondly you have mentioned that have assets like Car, Computer and Mobile phone but these assets are not in your hand. What do you mean by not in your hand?? Please clear then only we will be able to guide you properly.
