Right now, I am practising as a CA (Partner)in a partnership firm...
I also want to start Individual practice.
My queries are -
whether can I practice in both capacity?
If yes, what is the procedure to obtain individual cop?
Also, if I start Individual practice, will it have any impact on the partnership firm?

1. You can practice in both capacity.
2. If u have a cop , ie., enough.
3. It will affect allotment of Govt/ bank audits if applied under both status.
