I have some querries, I need clarrification

1. Can Individual CA holding COP in Individual name , be a auditor of Private Ltd Co.?

2. Can Chartered Accountant do a Secretarial work ( ROC Compliance ) of co.?

3. Whether NOC required from existing CS of the company for doing Secretarial Work?
