Am a CA, CS I want to understand about IDT as a career opportunity, growth in terms of designation & earning when compared to finance funtion in a CORPORATE. I strongly believe that finance guy can make upto CFO which is not possible for IDT professional.

04 April 2015 self satisfaction is more important there is no doubt, but what is the best ladder to move to top in IDT field. Should a person associate with a big corporate and remain in consultancy.? can u also tell for good consultancy paying descent with best exposure and overall grooming.
